8. SMS Communications

Turncal offers SMS notifications for cleaning task assignments and completions, calendar event changes (new bookings, cancellations, date changes), and iCal feed sync errors. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in records are collected through our public consent page at /consent and through the Settings page for logged-in users.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories listed in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use the following categories of SMS-related data:

• Mobile phone numbers (used solely to deliver the messages you opted into)
• Opt-in consent records (timestamp, IP, user-agent, version of the consent text shown)
• Message delivery status from our SMS carrier (Vonage)
